Recruiting Buffalo Public Schools students in 9-12 grade and parents/guardians with PK-12 grade children to serve as CHW’s in the upcoming school year! CHW’s will work on initiatives BY and FOR families related to healthy food, physical activity, mental health, safety, the environment, building positive relationships and MORE.
